Welcome to my website!

My name is Aaron Syi (pronounced SHEE) (He/Him/His) and I was born and raised in Bayside, Queens, NY. I am a NYC based actor, singer, dancer, and choreographer. I just graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre at the University of Michigan. I am a proud first-gen Korean-American who can speak both Korean and English fluently! I have always enjoyed singing pop and R&B music, but my life changed in high school when I was exposed to classical voice and musical theatre. I instantly fell in love with musical theatre when I did my very first musical, R&H’s CINDERELLA (here’s a picture!)

Along with musical theatre, I love being in straight plays, choreographing in street jazz/hip hop styles, and jamming with friends.
